Early in the morning Ms Nicoletta waits for you for breakfast of which she takes care personally with a lot of passion: first of all fresh croissants directly from the bakery, white and wholemeal bread prepared with sourdough, cheese from the farm with organic jam and honey which is produced in the area around Varese; baked ham and salami cut at the moment, seasonal friut and all the delicacies of a complete continental breakfast. If you have problems with gluten or any other need Nicoletta will take care of you like a mum.
For our farm-to-table breakfast we cooperate with: Fattoria del Gaggio (Bodio Lomnago, VA), Azienda Agricola Valleluna (Varese) and Apicoltura Frattini (Varese)
